little black dress

i know it's been a few days since i've posted - last week was crazy! working three jobs is keeping me busy - 

the best kind of busy :)

my sister, kortney, and i had some fun with this photo shoot. i love this little black, peplum dress of mine. i originally bought this dress for a wedding, but it really is perfect for any 

"little black dress" occasion. 

once again, this was a find at marshalls - $20.00! 

and like i have previously mentioned, i love black & gold together. my gold jewelry is from old navy & forever 21. i found my gold heels at kohls right around new years eve. these definitely aren't shoes to wear on a daily basis, but for the right occasion ... they're perfect! 

(and, just for the record, it is NOT very easy to hold a "foot pop" in these heels)
